Acuvue Oasys is made from silicone hydrogel and has a 38% water content, whereas Acuvue 2 has a 42% water content and is a hydrogel lens. They are both two weekly lenses.

However, I have just found out that they are being discontinued by Acuvue, I have no idea why, I have tried the lenses that are recommended as a replacement, not only are they more expensive but I had blurred vision in one eye because they did not sit right in the eye. i wish I knew what to do.
