Biofinity® Multifocal is a monthly silicone hydrogel contact lens that can be worn for up to 30 consecutive days and are best for those who have presbyopia. They must be cleaned and stored each night after wear using contact lens solution.
By combining multiple prescription strengths into one contact lens, these contact lenses can correct presbyopia. The advanced design of these multifocal contact lenses provides excellent vision by using Balanced Progressive Technology, providing clear vision at all distances, as well as welcome freedom from bifocal glasses.
Manufactured by CooperVision, Biofinity Multifocal are silicone hydrogel contact lenses with a high oxygen transmissibility, allowing up to six times more oxygen through to the eye than standard hydrogel lenses, for a comfortable lens-wearing experience. Aquaform Technology allows the lenses to retain water and lock in moisture to minimise the risk of dry eye.
Designed for daily wear, these lenses can be worn continuously as extended wear lenses for up to 7 days and nights (if approved by your optician). These monthly contact lenses must be disposed of after 30 days. Take care of your lenses by removing them before bed each night, then cleaning and storing them in a multi-purpose solution.
